We help you assess your Interests, values, personality, transferable skills, aptitudes and then we help you discover what career and job you could pursue using those skills. We help you to discover whether it could be a Salaried job? Contract job? Consultant job? Full time, part time? Or possibly turn your passion/hobby into a business.

The Career Coaching process involves identifying success in the different areas of your life. It's only after you have clarified what "success" means to you that we can develop a work model and application that is best for you. Your Plan for Success might include:

• Getting promotions and greater responsibilities with your current or past employers
• Getting new jobs with substantial pay increases and more responsibilities
• Creating and launching a new business and becoming self-employed
• Purchasing a franchise, business opportunity or existing business

The Overview Package

This is a 1-hour telephone or in-person session that provides you with insights on what you need to do to achieve your career goals. It includes the "Career Happy Key #1: Are You On Target" workbook/guide. I will help you to recognize the Career Planning process you need to go through to find the right career and help you through the workbook. We will help you answer 5 of your most pressing questions regarding your Vocation/Career/Job decision-making process. $177

The In-Depth Generating Options Package



Ideal for High school students; Young adults who have not received adequate career planning in high school; Mid-career changers who have at least 10 years of work-life left. This package focuses on your work values, interests, preferences, transferable skills and aptitudes, and is designed to give you solid options to start planning your new career! $347

The Keys To Success Package



This is a focused planning process consisting of your initial assessment and action planning session, plus 3 additional coaching sessions (available in-person or via telephone). Not intended for individuals looking to make extreme career changes, but focusing on professionals looking to advance, or change organizations, this package aims to assist you in completing the initial planning phase, leaving you with a solid career action plan. These sessions will look at creating a clear introspective understanding and integrating passions and purpose. Feel confident about the direction you want to take with your career. $497

The Plan For Success Package

This is a minimum 3-month commitment, which involves an intense coaching process. This process will help you to identify your Vocation, make a Career decision and coach you on how to find the right Job. I expect a month-by-month commitment. We will spend a minimum of 1 session per week, with the first session being 1 to 2 hours, and subsequent sessions being 45 min to 1 hour. In between sessions, there will be some assignments for you to complete, and you will have access to me via email and telephone for questions that may arise. I will coach you on a path to success by developing and putting into action a very comprehensive Plan.

Total Cost: $1500, billed in 3 equal monthly installments of $500

If within the first 30 days of our coaching relationship, you feel that the process is unlikely to make a difference in your life and/or business, please let me know and I will cheerfully refund your fees to you, less a 20% administration fee.
